Foundations of Yoga
This introductory class focuses on basic yoga poses, alignment and breath, building the foundations for increased body awareness, strength, flexibility and balance. Students are guided in the proper execution of each yoga posture to build a base for safe and effective practice. Foundations of Yoga is appropriate for those new to yoga, as well as for more experienced students who wish to strengthen their individual yoga practice by returning to these fundamentals.
YogaFlow – Level 1
This energetic beginner- friendly class introduces vinyasa flow yoga, which links breath and movement through sun-salutations, standing and seated sequencing and balance poses. Students are guided through the flow of transitioning between postures, encouraging continued focus on safe alignment, the breath–movement connect, and mind/body awareness. YogaFlow – Level 1 is designed for those familiar with the Foundations of Yoga and appropriate for all levels, including boomer athletes who wish to increase their flexibility and balance, while continuing to ‘stay on top of their game’.
YogaFlow – Level 2, Level 3
These fast-paced classes focus on heat building breath and movement, incorporating varied vinyasas and more challenging poses including arm balances and advanced standing sequences. YogaFlow – Level 3 is for those more experienced students wishing to build on their individual practice and increase strength, flexibility and stamina.

Yoga for Athletes
Tight hamstrings – check! Sore shoulders – check! Shortened hip flexors – check! Whether training for a marathon, spinning those wheels, swimming, playing tennis or golf – this yoga class is for any and all athletes – from weekend warriors to seasoned professionals. By adding this yoga class to a regular workout schedule athletes will learn to regulate breathing, build stamina, improve flexibility and balance and, most importantly, stay on top of their game!
YogaFlow for Dancers
This class / workshop is designed for seasoned, professional dancers or those who take classes purely for enjoyment and creative outlet. By linking breath to movement, creating a strong foundation and safe alignment, and precisely moving from one pose to another, YogaFlow for Dancers helps students gain inner focus, build flexible strength, lengthen tightened muscles and unlock a greater range of motion ……. plus the creative sequencing and musical selection encourages dancers to rhythmically expressive themselves during their yoga practice.
Yoga for the Workday
This class is for those with “cranky” backs who are tired and sore from hunching over the desk all day, crunched behind the wheel of their car, or just dealing with day-to-day stress. Students will get back to that happy back by exploring the benefits of twisting and gentle back bending in this 45 – 60 minute yoga class. Designed to re-align the spine, open the chest and relax those weary shoulders, this session is the perfect antidote to working day stiffness.
Yoga for Baby and Me
Baby and Me Yoga is a nurturing class for Moms and/or Dads and their babies, newborn to crawlers. Yoga sequencing is suitable for any level of previous yoga experience, incorporating strengthening postures for postnatal recovery while encouraging playful interaction between baby and care-giver.
